Safety Trainers play a vital role in industrial and construction projects by educating workers on workplace safety procedures, hazard prevention, emergency response, and compliance with project safety standards. Eastern Diamond Construction Co. Ltd. (EDC) is urgently hiring experienced Safety Trainers for the TCC STG Project in Saudi Arabia. These positions are important for maintaining safe working environments and ensuring workers understand industrial safety regulations and operational procedures.
Core Responsibilities
Safety Trainers will conduct safety orientation sessions, toolbox talks, emergency drills, and workplace safety training programs for project workers and staff. Responsibilities include preparing training materials, evaluating worker safety awareness, ensuring compliance with company safety policies, and reporting training progress to project management. Trainers must also assist in accident prevention programs and support implementation of industrial safety procedures across project sites.
Required Skills and Experience
Applicants should have strong experience in industrial safety training, preferably within oil & gas, construction, or heavy industrial projects. Candidates must possess excellent communication and presentation skills along with knowledge of workplace hazards, safety regulations, and emergency response systems. Experience with project safety documentation and worker training programs will be considered an advantage. Physical fitness, professionalism, and the ability to manage training sessions effectively are essential for this role.
