Work Responsibilities and Job Duties
Supervisory positions including Scaffolding, Fabrication, Painting, Rigging, and Welding Supervisors will be responsible for managing teams, ensuring quality execution, monitoring safety compliance, and coordinating project activities according to offshore standards.
Technical staff such as Fabricators, Fitters, Welders, Riggers, Mechanics, and Radiographers will carry out specialized operational duties related to fabrication, flange management, rigging, welding, inspection, and equipment maintenance. Warehouse management personnel will be responsible for material control, inventory handling, and ensuring proper storage procedures.
All employees must work closely with offshore management teams, maintain strict compliance with safety regulations, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks while operating in challenging offshore environments.
Skills and Professional Requirements
Applicants must have strong experience in offshore, marine, or industrial oil and gas projects according to the position applied for. Supervisors must demonstrate leadership skills and technical management experience in their respective disciplines.
Welders, fabricators, fitters, and riggers should possess valid technical certifications and hands-on experience in offshore operations. Radiographers and mechanics must have relevant technical expertise and certification to perform specialized duties.
