This opportunity is offered under a sponsorship transfer (Naqal Kafala) system and is suitable for candidates with hospitality experience who can handle guest service duties in a professional hotel environment. The role focuses on maintaining guest room standards and supporting daily housekeeping operations.
Core Responsibilities
Room Boys and Attendants will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, changing linens, replenishing supplies, and ensuring rooms meet hotel hygiene standards. Additional duties include assisting guests with basic requests, supporting housekeeping teams, maintaining cleanliness in corridors and service areas, and reporting maintenance issues to supervisors. Workers must follow hotel service standards and maintain a professional appearance and behavior at all times.
Required Skills and Experience
Applicants must be able to communicate in basic English to interact with guests and hotel staff. Candidates should be physically fit, disciplined, and able to work in shift-based environments. Prior experience in housekeeping or hotel services will be an advantage but is not mandatory. The maximum age limit is 35 years, and a valid IQAMA is required for eligibility under the Naqal Kafala transfer process.
