Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Aramco-approved WPRs will handle workforce planning and site-related personnel requirements. HSE Officers will implement health, safety, and environmental standards, conduct inspections, and maintain compliance with Aramco regulations. Laborers and Helpers will assist skilled workers with general site activities, material handling, and operational support. All employees are expected to maintain professionalism, follow company policies, and contribute to project success.
Required Qualifications and Expertise
Applicants should possess the skills, knowledge, and experience relevant to their respective positions. Construction Managers must have previous Aramco project experience. WPR candidates must hold valid Aramco approval and be available for immediate joining. HSE Officers must have a minimum of five years of Aramco experience, valid Aramco approval, and BLS certification. Quantity Surveyors should demonstrate strong knowledge of cost estimation, budgeting, and contract administration. Laborers and Helpers should be physically fit and capable of performing construction-related duties. All applicants must have a valid Iqama and should preferably be available for transfer if possible. Strong communication skills, teamwork, and a commitment to safety standards are highly valued.
