Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) professionals play a critical role in maintaining workplace safety and ensuring compliance with international and project-specific safety standards. Aramco-approved HSE Supervisors and HSE Officers are urgently required for the Jafurah Project in Saudi Arabia. These positions are ideal for experienced safety professionals who can effectively manage safety programs, minimize workplace risks, and support safe project execution.
Core Responsibilities
HSE Supervisors will oversee site safety operations, supervise safety teams, conduct risk assessments, implement corrective actions, and ensure compliance with Aramco safety requirements. HSE Officers will perform daily safety inspections, monitor work activities, conduct toolbox talks, investigate incidents, and maintain safety documentation. Both positions require active participation in hazard identification, emergency preparedness, safety training, and continuous improvement of workplace safety standards.
Required Skills and Experience
Applicants must have a minimum of five years of experience in a relevant HSE position within industrial, oil & gas, or construction projects. Aramco approval is mandatory for both positions. Candidates should possess strong knowledge of safety regulations, risk management, incident investigation, and workplace safety procedures. Excellent communication, leadership, and reporting skills are essential for successful performance in these roles.
