Piping Fabricator, Foreman & Supervisor (Long Term)
Piping activities are a major part of industrial construction and maintenance projects, requiring skilled fabricators, experienced foremen, and capable supervisors to keep field operations on schedule. An urgent recruitment drive is currently seeking 30 piping and mechanical professionals for a long-term project. With interviews scheduled for tomorrow and immediate mobilization planned, qualified candidates should be prepared to attend the office promptly with their required documents.
Opportunities for Skilled Piping and Mechanical Personnel
The current hiring covers four important site positions: Piping Fabricators, Piping Foremen, Piping Supervisors, and Mechanical Supervisors. Fabricators are responsible for preparing and assembling piping components, while foremen coordinate workers and daily field activities. Piping Supervisors oversee larger work areas and ensure installation activities follow project requirements. Mechanical Supervisors provide broader coordination of mechanical work and site manpower.
These roles require teamwork, practical technical knowledge, and the ability to work efficiently within an active industrial environment. Experienced candidates can contribute directly to project productivity by maintaining proper coordination between workers, supervisors, and other site disciplines.
Responsibilities and Daily Project Work
Piping Fabricators will carry out activities such as measuring, marking, cutting, fitting, alignment, and preparation of piping components according to drawings and work instructions. They should be comfortable using fabrication tools and maintaining accuracy during assembly.
Piping Foremen will coordinate fabrication and installation crews, distribute daily tasks, monitor progress, and communicate requirements to supervisors. Piping Supervisors will oversee field activities, coordinate manpower and resources, review work progress, and help ensure piping work is completed according to approved specifications and safety procedures.
Mechanical Supervisors will coordinate mechanical activities, monitor workforce performance, communicate with project teams, and support the timely completion of assigned work. All personnel are expected to follow workplace safety requirements and maintain professional standards throughout the project.
Skills, Experience & Eligibility
Candidates should have relevant hands-on experience in their respective trade or supervisory position. Fabricators should understand piping fabrication techniques and be able to work from measurements and technical instructions. Foremen and supervisors should have practical field experience along with the ability to coordinate teams and manage daily activities.
The recruitment announcement requires Chamber, Valid Iqama, and Muqeem documents. Applicants should ensure that their documents are current and genuine. Since interviews are scheduled for the following day, candidates should prepare their documents in advance and confirm the office procedure before traveling.
