Understanding the Standby Man Role

Daily Responsibilities on the Worksite
The selected candidate will monitor assigned work areas throughout the operation and remain prepared to respond to changing site conditions. The Standby Man may also assist with access control around designated work areas and immediately report unsafe conditions to the responsible supervisor. Skills, Experience & Eligibility
Applicants must have previous work experience as a Standby Man or in a closely related industrial safety-support role. A TUV certification/card is mandatory, and candidates should be able to provide the original document for verification. The vacancy also requires a Chamber document. Applicants must have an Iqama with at least three months of validity remaining and should have all other required employment and identification documents ready.
