Saudi Arabia Jobs

E&I, WPR, Fire Watch & Safety officer , E&I Supervisor , E&I Technician

Saudi Arabia’s industrial and petrochemical sector continues to depend on experienced technical and safety personnel to support shutdowns, maintenance activities, and ongoing plant operations. Yanbu remains an important industrial hub where qualified E&I specialists, permit personnel, and HSE professionals are regularly needed. Apex Workforce Solutions – Jubail is currently recruiting multiple categories for an urgent Yanbu project, with contracts initially running for two months and potential extension for suitable workers.

Available Roles and Their Importance

The recruitment covers E&I Technicians, E&I Supervisors, E&I Quality Control personnel, WPRs, Fire Watch workers, and Safety Officers. Most positions require proven SABIC experience and approval, making this opportunity particularly relevant to candidates who have already worked in Saudi Arabia’s industrial or petrochemical environment.

E&I teams support electrical and instrumentation activities, while supervisors coordinate field execution and Q/C personnel help maintain required workmanship and inspection standards. WPRs control permit-related activities, Fire Watch personnel monitor hot-work areas, and Safety Officers help maintain compliance with site HSE requirements.

Responsibilities Across the Project

E&I Technicians will assist with installation, testing, maintenance, termination, troubleshooting, and inspection of electrical and instrumentation systems. E&I Supervisors will coordinate technicians, monitor progress, interpret work requirements, and ensure activities are completed safely and according to project specifications.

E&I Q/C personnel will inspect completed work, verify quality requirements, review relevant documentation, and coordinate with construction teams when corrective action is needed.

WPRs will manage work-permit requirements and communicate approved conditions to work crews. Fire Watch workers will monitor hot-work areas for sparks, heat, smoke, or other potential fire hazards. Safety Officers will conduct site inspections, monitor PPE and safe working practices, identify hazards, and support implementation of HSE procedures.

Experience, Certifications and Eligibility

Candidates should have relevant experience in their respective trades and possess the required SABIC approval or experience. The WPR position specifically requires the Iqama profession to be Supervisor, while Safety Officer applicants must have an Iqama profession matching the required position.

For the Safety Officer role, both SABIC and EPM approval are mandatory. Candidates should have valid Chamber, Ajeer, Iqama, CR, and SABIC medical documentation. All submitted documents must be valid, and applicants are expected to bring color copies for office verification.

Because this is an urgent recruitment drive, only qualified candidates who can satisfy the stated approval and documentation requirements should apply.
