Role Importance and Work Scope

ManLift Operators ensure safe lifting and positioning of workers at height, supporting installation and maintenance activities. Both roles contribute directly to project progress, safety compliance, and efficient execution of structural work. Without skilled personnel in these positions, project timelines and safety standards cannot be maintained effectively.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Selected candidates will perform tasks based on their job category. Steel Erectors will handle structural steel installation, alignment, bolting, and fitting according to project drawings and safety standards. They must ensure that all structures are securely installed and properly aligned. ManLift Operators will operate lifting equipment to safely transport workers and materials to elevated work areas. They must follow operational safety guidelines, conduct equipment checks, and ensure proper usage at all times. All workers are required to follow site instructions, maintain discipline, and comply strictly with safety procedures throughout project execution.

Skills, Experience & Eligibility

Applicants must have prior experience in construction, steel structure work, or equipment operation.
