Key Responsibilities
Scaffolders will be responsible for assembling, modifying, and dismantling scaffolding structures according to approved safety procedures. They must ensure scaffolding is properly installed, stable, and safe for workers before use.
Fire Watchers will monitor hot work activities such as welding, cutting, and grinding operations to prevent fire hazards. Their responsibilities include checking work areas, maintaining fire prevention equipment availability, and immediately reporting unsafe conditions.
Standby Men will support safety operations by monitoring assigned areas, assisting during emergency situations, maintaining communication with work teams, and ensuring safe working conditions are maintained according to site requirements.
Required Skills and Professional Qualifications
