Eastern Diamond Construction Co. Ltd. has announced an urgent manpower requirement for multiple technical and support positions for the Ras Al Khair / Marjan / Jafurah Project in Saudi Arabia. The requirement includes Mechanical/Piping Supervisors, Spray Painters, TUV Scaffolders, Fire Watch personnel, Pre-Commissioning Technicians, Electrical Technicians, E&I Supervisors, and Helpers. These roles support major industrial construction, maintenance, pre-commissioning, and project execution activities. Skilled manpower is required to ensure safe operations, quality performance, and timely completion of project activities.
Key Responsibilities
Mechanical/Piping Supervisors will manage piping and mechanical activities, coordinate site teams, monitor progress, and ensure work is completed according to project specifications. Spray Painters will perform surface preparation and industrial coating applications while maintaining quality finishing standards. Scaffolders will assemble, modify, and dismantle scaffolding structures according to approved safety procedures.
Fire Watch personnel will monitor hot work activities, identify fire risks, and ensure emergency readiness during welding, cutting, and other heat-producing operations. Pre-Commissioning Technicians will support system testing, inspection, and preparation activities before project commissioning. Pre-Commissioning Electricians will assist with electrical testing, installation checks, and troubleshooting. Pre-Commissioning E&I Technician Supervisors will coordinate instrumentation and electrical teams, monitor testing activities, and ensure compliance with technical requirements. Helpers will provide general site support, material handling, and assistance to skilled workers.
Required Skills and Professional Qualifications

- Scaffolder: Valid TUV certification required.
