Salwa Contracting Company has announced urgent recruitment for multiple industrial and Aramco-related positions across Jubail, Fadhili, and Yanbu, Saudi Arabia. This hiring drive includes skilled riggers, permit receivers, flagmen, fire watch personnel, standby men, and millwright technicians.The project is long-term and offers company-provided accommodation and food. This opportunity is suitable for experienced candidates with valid certifications and industrial site experience, particularly in oil & gas and construction environments.

Key Responsibilities

Selected candidates will perform duties according to their respective roles. Aramco Rigger III personnel will handle lifting operations, rigging activities, and load movement in compliance with Aramco safety standards.Permit Receivers (TUV) will manage work permits, ensure proper authorization of site activities, and coordinate with safety and operations teams.Flagmen will control site movement and ensure safe coordination of vehicles and equipment. Fire Watch personnel will monitor hot work areas and prevent fire hazards, while Standby Men will provide emergency support during critical operations.Millwright Technicians will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing industrial machinery and equipment across project sites.

Skills and Knowledge

Applicants must have relevant industrial experience and valid certifications where required. TUV certification is mandatory for several roles, including Permit Receiver, Flagman, Fire Watch, and Standby Man positions.Candidates should have strong knowledge of industrial safety procedures, lifting operations, and permit-to-work systems. Experience in Aramco or similar large-scale oil & gas projects will be considered an advantage.All applicants must be physically fit, safety-conscious, and capable of working in demanding site conditions with strict compliance to safety standards.
