Main Responsibilities

The Block Machine Operator / Block Man will be responsible for operating block manufacturing machinery, supporting production activities, and ensuring consistent output according to project requirements. The role may also include monitoring machine performance, handling basic maintenance support, and working closely with supervisors to maintain smooth production flow. The Plaster Machine Operator / Plasterer will manage plaster application tasks, operate plastering equipment where required, and ensure finishing work is completed neatly and efficiently.
