Key Duties and Job Responsibilities

Bobcat Operators will be responsible for safely operating skid-steer loaders (Bobcat machines) to perform construction and material handling tasks on-site. Duties include excavation support, debris removal, grading, loading materials, and assisting construction teams in daily site operations.

Operators must ensure equipment safety checks before and after use, follow site safety regulations, and maintain smooth coordination with supervisors and ground teams. Proper handling of machinery in confined industrial spaces is essential.

Required Skills and Technical Expertise

Applicants must have prior experience operating Bobcat or similar compact construction machinery. Strong knowledge of machine safety procedures and construction site operations is required. Candidates should be physically fit and capable of working in demanding industrial conditions.

Valid Iqama, Muqeem, Chamber certificate, and medical/blood group report are mandatory. Original passport is also required for verification.
