Brush Painter, Painting Foreman & Insulation Foreman

An urgent recruitment has been announced for experienced painting and insulation professionals for a long-term Aramco JCC project located in Marjan, Saudi Arabia. The requirement includes Brush Painters, Painting Foremen, and Insulation Foremen with relevant industrial and oil & gas project experience. The positions are intended for skilled workers who have previously worked in Aramco or similar large-scale petrochemical environments, particularly with Saipem experience.

This is a long-term industrial assignment where technical skill, safety compliance, and vendor qualification are essential for selection.

Work Scope and Key Duties

Brush Painters will be responsible for surface preparation and applying protective coatings in accordance with project specifications. Duties include brush painting, touch-up works, coating applications, and ensuring proper finishing quality in industrial environments.

Painting Foremen will supervise painting crews, manage daily site activities, ensure quality control, and coordinate with project engineers and safety teams. They will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with Aramco painting standards and project specifications.

Insulation Foremen will oversee insulation teams, supervise installation of thermal and protective insulation on pipelines and equipment, and ensure that all work is completed according to engineering drawings and safety regulations.

All roles require strict adherence to Aramco project standards, safety procedures, and vendor compliance requirements.

Skills, Experience, and Requirements

Applicants must have relevant experience in industrial painting or insulation works, preferably with Aramco or Saipem project background. Strong technical knowledge of coating systems, insulation materials, and site execution procedures is required.

A valid Vendor Code is mandatory for all positions. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 months validity on Iqama and possess all required documentation in color copy format.
