Civil Engineering, Quality Control, Survey & Construction

An urgent manpower requirement has been announced for a short-term, extendable project in Qatif, Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities

The Scheduler will prepare and maintain project schedules, track site progress, and coordinate activity timelines with the project team. The Civil QCI will inspect civil works, review quality requirements, maintain inspection records, and ensure construction activities meet approved specifications. The Civil Engineer will supervise site execution, coordinate manpower and materials, and monitor civil works. Survey personnel will carry out measurements, setting-out, levels, and site verification using the required Total Station and Level Machine. WPR personnel will manage internal work permits and related safety controls. Fence Installers, Carpenters, Steel Fixers, and Labourers will perform their respective construction and site-support activities under project supervision.

Skills, Experience & Eligibility

Technical applicants should have appropriate qualifications and practical experience relevant to their positions. Both the Civil QCI and Civil Engineer require SCE approval and a driving licence. Survey personnel should be competent in using Total Station and Level Machine equipment and capable of performing accurate field measurements. The WPR requirement is for an Internal, Non-Aramco position and therefore requires familiarity with permit-to-work procedures. Skilled trades should have practical construction experience, while labour personnel should be capable of performing general site-support duties safely and efficiently. Normal employment documents are required for processing.

Site Operations & Project Conditions

The assignment is based in Qatif, Saudi Arabia, and is currently described as short-term with the possibility of extension. The workforce will operate across civil construction, surveying, quality inspection, scheduling, permit control, and field installation activities. The stated duty arrangement is room-to-room.
