Dozer Operator
An urgent requirement has been announced for experienced Dozer Operators (D8R & D9R) for a short-term construction project in Package-9, Mahad. This role is essential in heavy earthmoving and site preparation activities where accurate grading, leveling, and soil movement are required. Dozer operators play a key role in ensuring proper land development, supporting construction progress, and maintaining efficiency in large-scale industrial and infrastructure projects.
Key Duties and Job Responsibilities
The Dozer Operator is responsible for operating heavy bulldozers such as D8R and D9R models to perform excavation, grading, and leveling tasks at the project site. Duties include clearing land, pushing soil and debris, shaping terrain according to project specifications, and supporting civil construction activities. The operator must ensure safe machine handling, follow site instructions, and maintain productivity throughout working hours. Regular inspection of equipment before and after use is also required to ensure safe operation and prevent mechanical issues.
Required Skills and Technical Expertise
Candidates must have proven experience operating heavy equipment, specifically D8R and D9R dozers, in construction or industrial projects. A valid heavy equipment operator certification and strong understanding of earthmoving operations are required.
