Key Responsibilities

The selected Bus Driver will be responsible for safely transporting employees according to assigned schedules while complying with all Saudi traffic laws and company transportation policies. Daily duties include conducting vehicle inspections before and after each trip, ensuring the bus remains clean and roadworthy, maintaining accurate trip records, reporting any mechanical issues, and following approved transportation routes. The driver must prioritize passenger safety, obey speed limits, and coordinate with supervisors and transport coordinators to ensure timely arrivals and departures. Maintaining professionalism, courteous behavior, and safe driving practices at all times is an essential part of the role.

Skills and Professional Knowledge
