Eastern Diamond Construction Co. Ltd. (EDC) is urgently hiring qualified E&I Technicians for a project at the Amiral site in Saudi Arabia. This opportunity is ideal for experienced Electrical and Instrumentation professionals seeking long-term industrial work with room-to-room maintenance duties. E&I Technicians play a critical role in maintaining electrical and instrumentation systems, ensuring equipment reliability, and supporting safe plant operations. Key Responsibilities
E&I Technicians will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical and instrumentation equipment used in industrial facilities. Their duties include testing control systems, calibrating instruments, diagnosing electrical faults, replacing defective components, and performing preventive maintenance.
The selected candidates will carry out room-to-room maintenance activities, ensure equipment operates according to project standards, maintain maintenance records, and comply with all workplace safety regulations. They must work closely with supervisors and other technical teams to minimize equipment downtime and maintain operational efficiency.
Skills and Knowledge
Applicants should have practical experience in electrical and instrumentation maintenance within industrial environments. Candidates must be familiar with electrical systems, instrumentation devices, control panels, calibration procedures, and troubleshooting techniques.
A valid Chamber registration is required for this position. Applicants must provide original and color copies of all required documents, including Iqama, Passport, Muqeem, Medical Report, Insurance, and GOSI. Candidates should possess good technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and a strong commitment to workplace safety.
