Electrical Supervisor, Electrical Foreman, Piping Foreman & Piping Supervisor
HYBA General Contracting Est. is urgently hiring experienced Electrical Supervisors, Electrical Foremen, Piping Foremen, and Piping Supervisors for offshore industrial projects in Saudi Arabia. These positions are critical for managing and supervising electrical and piping activities in challenging offshore environments. The selected candidates will play a key role in ensuring project execution, maintaining quality standards, coordinating work teams, and delivering project objectives safely and efficiently. Candidates with offshore project experience are strongly preferred due to the specialized nature of the work.
Key Duties and Job Responsibilities
Electrical Supervisors will oversee electrical installation, maintenance, and testing activities while ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety requirements. Electrical Foremen will manage field crews, coordinate daily tasks, monitor progress, and maintain productivity on-site. Piping Foremen will supervise piping fabrication, installation, and maintenance activities while ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to engineering drawings. Piping Supervisors will lead piping operations, coordinate with project teams, review work schedules, and ensure all piping activities meet project standards and deadlines. All positions require strong leadership, communication, and technical decision-making abilities.
Required Skills and Technical Expertise
Applicants must have proven experience in offshore projects and possess strong technical knowledge relevant to their field. Supervisory positions require leadership skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to manage workforce productivity effectively. Candidates should be familiar with industrial safety standards, project documentation, quality requirements, and offshore operational procedures. Required documents include Iqama, passport, Muqeem, body fitness certificate, insurance, CV, two passport-size photos, Chamber certificate, and Vendor Code.
