Electrician Solar Project
Electricians are urgently required for a solar project in Afif under a reputed manpower organization. This opportunity includes both Electrician Foreman and Electrician roles, with priority given to candidates having photovoltaic (solar) system experience. The project focuses on large-scale solar installation and maintenance work, where skilled electrical professionals are essential for ensuring safe, efficient, and continuous power system performance. This is a long-term industrial assignment offering stable working conditions under structured supervision.
Role Description and Work Environment
The role involves working in a solar energy project environment where electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting tasks are carried out on a daily basis. Electrician Foremen are expected to supervise teams, interpret technical drawings, and ensure proper execution of electrical work. Electricians will support installation activities, wiring, system setup, and maintenance of photovoltaic systems. The job requires working in outdoor project conditions while maintaining strict safety standards and following project guidelines provided by supervisors and engineers.
Key Duties and Operational Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for installing electrical systems, connecting solar panels, and assisting in commissioning work as per project requirements. Foremen must manage workforce activities, read technical drawings, allocate tasks, and ensure work quality and safety compliance on site. Electricians will perform wiring, cable routing, system testing, and support troubleshooting tasks when required. Both roles demand teamwork, discipline, and adherence to safety procedures to ensure smooth project execution without delays or hazards.
Skills, Qualifications, and Requirements
Applicants must have prior experience in solar or photovoltaic projects. Electrician Foremen should be capable of understanding electrical drawings and managing teams effectively. Candidates must possess valid documents including IQAMA, passport, MUQEEM, insurance, and medical fitness certificates. Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, safety procedures, and industrial tools is required. Experience in Gulf projects will be an added advantage, especially in large-scale renewable energy installations.
