Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be assigned based on their specialization and will contribute to critical project functions. Engineers in disciplines such as Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Process, Structural, and Environmental Engineering will handle design review, site execution support, technical problem-solving, and compliance with industry standards. QA/QC, Inspection, and Corrosion Engineers will ensure quality control, material integrity, and adherence to inspection protocols.
Planning, Cost, and Contract professionals will manage budgeting, scheduling, contract administration, procurement coordination, and financial control activities. Maintenance and Reliability Engineers will focus on asset performance, preventive maintenance planning, and equipment reliability across onshore and offshore operations. Administrative and analytical roles will support documentation, legal coordination, data analysis, strategy development, and organizational performance improvement.
Skills and Knowledge
Applicants must hold relevant engineering degrees or professional qualifications in their respective fields. Strong experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or industrial projects is highly preferred. Candidates should demonstrate expertise in project management tools, engineering standards, technical documentation, and industry best practices.
For technical roles, knowledge of design software, maintenance systems, reliability engineering, and inspection methodologies is required. Administrative and analytical roles require strong communication skills, analytical thinking, documentation management, and proficiency in reporting systems. Experience in Saudi Aramco or GCC projects will be considered a strong advantage.
