Work Responsibilities and Job Duties
Personnel selected for these offshore positions will be responsible for supporting fabrication, welding, rigging, painting, scaffolding, and supervisory operations according to offshore project specifications and safety standards.
Supervisors and foremen will manage manpower, monitor work progress, and ensure compliance with offshore procedures. Engineers will oversee field execution and coordination, ensuring that activities meet quality and safety requirements.
Skilled workers such as welders, fitters, fabricators, and riggers will perform specialized tasks according to technical drawings and operational procedures. Safety certifications such as BOSIET and H2S are mandatory due to the offshore environment.
All personnel must maintain strict adherence to offshore safety regulations and work effectively as part of a coordinated offshore team.
Skills and Professional Requirements
Applicants must have previous offshore project experience relevant to their trade or position. Supervisory and engineering roles require proven leadership skills and offshore coordination experience.
