Role Overview and Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will perform responsibilities according to their assigned trades and supervisory roles. Scaffolding personnel will erect, inspect, and maintain scaffolding systems while ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Foremen will supervise manpower, coordinate daily activities, monitor productivity, and ensure quality standards are maintained. Carpenters will perform construction and formwork activities, while Riveters will carry out assembly and fastening work according to project requirements. All employees will be expected to maintain professionalism and comply with workplace safety procedures.
Required Skills, Experience and Professional Qualifications
