Work Scope and Key Duties
Fire Watch personnel will be responsible for monitoring designated work areas during and after hot work activities to detect any signs of fire, smoke, or unsafe conditions. Duties include ensuring that fire extinguishing equipment is available and functional, maintaining constant alertness throughout the shift, and immediately reporting any hazards or emergencies. They must also verify that work areas are safe before and after operations and support safety officers in maintaining compliance with site safety procedures. Continuous supervision and quick response capability are key responsibilities in this role.
Skills, Experience, and Requirements
