Flag Man & Fire Watch Jobs
Falcom United General Contracting Est. is currently hiring for short-term project roles within the SADARA industrial facility. The available positions of Flag Man and Fire Watch are essential safety support roles that ensure smooth and secure execution of ongoing site operations. These jobs are part of a 2-month project where workers will be responsible for maintaining safety standards, controlling site hazards, and supporting field operations in a highly regulated industrial environment. This opportunity is suitable for candidates with valid SADARA authorization and experience in industrial safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Flag Men will be responsible for controlling traffic and guiding movement within active work zones to ensure safe passage of vehicles, machinery, and personnel. Fire Watch personnel will monitor hot work areas, identify potential fire hazards, and respond immediately in case of safety risks or emergency situations. Both roles require constant alertness, strict compliance with SADARA safety regulations, and coordination with site supervisors. Workers must follow instructions carefully, maintain discipline on-site, and ensure that all safety protocols are properly implemented throughout the shift.
Skills and Knowledge
Applicants must have prior experience in industrial safety roles and a strong understanding of site hazard management. Mandatory requirements include valid SADARA authorization along with SADARA ID, Ajeer registration, and updated Iqama. Candidates should also possess basic knowledge of fire safety procedures, emergency response practices, and industrial site rules. Physical fitness, attentiveness, and the ability to work under strict safety supervision are essential. Preference will be given to individuals who have previously worked in petrochemical or refinery environments such as SADARA projects.
