Primary Duties and Responsibilities
The selected Fork Lift Operators will be responsible for operating 10-ton forklifts to load, unload, transport, and stack construction materials, equipment, and industrial supplies safely and efficiently. Daily responsibilities include inspecting the forklift before operation, reporting mechanical issues, ensuring loads are handled securely, following designated travel routes, and complying with company safety regulations. Operators will also coordinate with warehouse personnel and site supervisors to maintain smooth material movement while preventing accidents and equipment damage.
Required Skills, Experience and Professional Knowledge
Applicants should have previous experience operating heavy-duty forklifts, preferably 10-ton models, on industrial or construction projects. A valid TUV Card is mandatory for this position. Candidates must possess strong knowledge of forklift safety procedures, material handling techniques, equipment inspections, and workplace safety standards. Good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work responsibly under pressure are essential.
