The company is seeking experienced professionals in MTU engine systems, electronic diagnostics, gearbox overhaul, and KONGSBERG waterjet maintenance. These positions are highly technical and require strong hands-on expertise in marine engines, hydraulic systems, and advanced mechanical troubleshooting. Candidates with proven experience in MTU 2000 M96 engines, ZF gearbox systems, and KONGSBERG equipment will be prioritized. This opportunity is ideal for senior technicians and skilled mechanics aiming for long-term technical project assignments in the Gulf region.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Senior Mechanical Technicians will be responsible for supervising maintenance teams, performing diagnostics, troubleshooting MTU engine systems, and ensuring proper commissioning and repair operations. Mechanical Technicians will handle overhaul and maintenance of MTU engines, including QL4 maintenance tasks, under technical supervision. Senior Electronic Technicians will manage ECU systems including ECU4, ECU7, ECU9, BV, and BVNG, performing diagnostics, parameter monitoring, sea trials, and system troubleshooting. Gearbox Technicians will carry out overhaul and maintenance of ZF 5000 series gearboxes, ensuring compliance with OEM procedures and technical standards. Waterjet Technicians will handle overhaul, hydraulic troubleshooting, and maintenance of KONGSBERG waterjet systems. Senior roles will also involve team supervision, technical reporting, and coordination with clients and project engineers.
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must possess strong experience in marine mechanical systems, engine overhaul, or industrial maintenance environments. MTU technicians should be familiar with MTU 2000 M96 engine systems, manuals, and diagnostic procedures. Electronics specialists must have expertise in ECU systems and marine electronic diagnostics. Gearbox technicians should have proven experience with ZF 5000 series systems, while waterjet technicians must be skilled in KONGSBERG mechanical and hydraulic systems. Strong analytical skills, ability to interpret technical drawings and manuals, and hands-on troubleshooting experience are essential.
