Key Responsibilities

Selected Grader Operators will be responsible for operating motor graders safely and efficiently to perform leveling, grading, and earthwork tasks at the project site. Duties include adjusting blade angles, maintaining smooth surface levels, and following engineering specifications for road and construction preparation. Operators must inspect machinery before use, report technical issues, and ensure safe handling of equipment during all operations. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with site supervisors, maintaining productivity targets, and following all safety procedures throughout the project duration.

Skills and Requirements

Applicants must have prior experience operating graders in construction or industrial projects. Candidates should possess strong knowledge of heavy equipment controls, grading techniques, and safety procedures. A valid heavy equipment license is preferred along with relevant work experience. Required documents include CV, Iqama, Passport copy, Muqeem (minimum 3 months validity), Body Fitness Certificate, Insurance, and Chamber Certificate. All documents must be submitted in color copies during the office visit. Candidates should be physically fit, disciplined, and ready to work in short-term project conditions.
