KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Grindermen will perform surface preparation, grinding, finishing, and material processing activities while maintaining quality and safety standards. Pipe Fitters will be responsible for pipe installation, alignment, assembly, maintenance, and support of piping systems according to project specifications. Fire Watch personnel will monitor hot work activities, identify fire hazards, and ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures. Flag Men will direct traffic, equipment movement, and personnel access while maintaining safe site operations. Sand Blasters will perform surface cleaning and preparation using blasting equipment to meet project coating and maintenance requirements.
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
Applicants should possess practical experience relevant to their trade and be capable of working in industrial, refinery, petrochemical, construction, or maintenance environments. Pipe Fitters should be familiar with piping systems, drawings, and fitting techniques. Fire Watch and Flag Men should have strong safety awareness and the ability to monitor work areas effectively. Sand Blasters should have knowledge of blasting equipment, surface preparation standards, and safety procedures. Candidates must be physically fit, safety-conscious, and capable of working within project schedules and requirements.
