Key Responsibilities and Work Duties
Grindermen are responsible for grinding, smoothing, and finishing metal surfaces, preparing materials for welding or fabrication, and ensuring components meet project specifications. Pipe Fitters install, assemble, align, and maintain piping systems while interpreting technical drawings and ensuring accurate installations. Work Permit Receivers (WPR) coordinate work permits, verify safety requirements, communicate with project authorities, and ensure work activities are performed in compliance with site safety procedures. E&I Fitters install, assemble, and maintain electrical and instrumentation equipment, support cable and instrument installations, and assist with testing and commissioning activities. All employees are expected to maintain quality workmanship, comply with safety regulations, and work effectively within project teams.
Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
