Heavy Driver, WPR & QC Inspector

Black Shield International is urgently recruiting skilled professionals for multiple short-term industrial and offshore projects in Saudi Arabia. The available positions include Heavy Driver, Work Permit Receiver (ARAMCO), and QC Inspector (Electrical & Instrumentation). These roles support critical operations in transportation, oil and gas site safety management, and quality control inspection. Each position plays an important role in ensuring smooth project execution, regulatory compliance, and safe operational performance in highly demanding industrial environments.

Key Duties and Job Responsibilities

The Heavy Driver will be responsible for operating heavy vehicles safely in Dammam, transporting materials and equipment according to project requirements while following traffic and safety regulations. The Work Permit Receiver (WPR) will manage and verify work permits at Aramco sites in Abu Ali, ensuring all activities are properly authorized and compliant with safety standards before execution. The QC Inspector (E&I) will conduct quality inspections on electrical and instrumentation systems in offshore environments, ensuring all installations meet project specifications and industry standards. This includes checking wiring, control systems, calibration, and compliance with approved technical procedures.

Required Skills and Technical Expertise

Applicants for the Heavy Driver position must possess a valid Saudi heavy driving license and experience in operating heavy vehicles in industrial environments. WPR candidates must hold Aramco approval with Abu Ali delegation and a valid WPR certificate issued from Berri Increment Projects Division, along with required organization codes. QC Inspectors must have CBT certification in Electrical & Instrumentation and valid offshore safety certifications including BOSIET and H2S. Strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and compliance with safety procedures are essential for all positions. Candidates must be physically fit and capable of working in demanding environments.
