Core Duties and Responsibilities
The selected Helpers will assist skilled tradesmen and supervisors in carrying out daily site activities safely and efficiently. Responsibilities include loading and unloading materials, transporting tools and equipment, maintaining clean and organized work areas, assisting with manual labor, following supervisor instructions, and supporting various construction and maintenance operations. Candidates must comply with workplace safety regulations, use personal protective equipment correctly, and contribute to maintaining a productive and safe working environment throughout the project.
Essential Skills and Professional Knowledge
Applicants should be physically fit and capable of performing manual labor in an industrial work environment. Previous experience in construction or oil and gas projects will be an advantage but is not mandatory. Candidates must be disciplined, hardworking, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team. All applicants are required to submit complete colour-copy documents along with their Original Passport. A valid Muqeem with at least three months validity, medical fitness certificate, and other supporting documents are mandatory for mobilization.
