Helper, Driver, Steel Fixer & Mason

The company is seeking hardworking and experienced candidates who can contribute to various construction, transportation, and site-support activities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Helpers will assist skilled workers with material handling, site preparation, loading and unloading, cleaning work areas, and supporting daily construction activities. Drivers will be responsible for transporting personnel, materials, and equipment safely while following company and project regulations. Steel Fixers will perform reinforcement steel cutting, bending, fixing, and installation according to approved drawings and project specifications. Masons will carry out block work, bricklaying, plastering, concrete finishing, and other masonry-related construction tasks.
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
Applicants should possess practical experience relevant to their trade and be capable of working efficiently in construction environments. Drivers must have the required driving qualifications and experience. Steel Fixers should be familiar with reinforcement drawings, bar bending schedules, and steel installation techniques. Masons should have experience in block work, plastering, and finishing activities. Candidates must be reliable, physically fit, safety-conscious, and able to work effectively as part of a project team.
