Hassan K. Al Buainain Est. is urgently recruiting skilled and semi-skilled workers for a long-term L&T project in Jafurah, Saudi Arabia. The company is hiring Helpers, Electricians, E&I Technicians, Piping Fitters, E&I Fitters, Work Permit Receivers (WPR), Piping Foremen, E&I Foremen, Piping Supervisors, and E&I Supervisors. Selected candidates will receive free food and accommodation provided by the company and have the opportunity to work on a major industrial project. Candidates with a valid Iqama are encouraged to apply immediately.
Key Responsibilities
Employees will perform duties according to their assigned trade while following company safety and quality standards. Helpers will assist skilled workers with daily site activities and material handling. Electricians and E&I Technicians will install, inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical and instrumentation systems. Piping Fitters and E&I Fitters will assemble, install, and maintain piping and instrumentation components according to engineering drawings. Work Permit Receivers (WPR) will manage permit-to-work procedures and ensure compliance with site safety requirements. Foremen and Supervisors will oversee daily operations, coordinate manpower, monitor work progress, and ensure project activities are completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications.
Skills and Knowledge
Applicants should have relevant experience in the position they are applying for and possess a good understanding of industrial construction practices. Supervisory candidates should demonstrate leadership and team management skills, while technical personnel should have practical knowledge of their respective trades. Good communication, problem-solving abilities, and adherence to workplace safety procedures are essential. Candidates must have a Valid Iqama, as this is the primary document required by the employer.
