Helper – Hiba Rose Contracting Co

Hiba Rose Contracting Co. is currently recruiting a large number of Helper staff for a long-term project based in Abqaiq, Saudi Arabia. Abqaiq is home to one of Aramco’s most critical oil processing facilities, making it a major hub for ongoing industrial and maintenance operations. A total of 200 positions are available across two categories, making this one of the larger hiring drives currently open in the Eastern Province. Candidates with complete and valid documents are encouraged to apply immediately for fast-track mobilization processing.

Core Responsibilities

Helpers on an industrial project site support skilled tradesmen and supervisors across a range of general labor tasks. Duties typically include material handling, site cleaning and preparation, loading and unloading of equipment, and assisting with day-to-day operational needs as directed by the site supervisor.

The role requires physical fitness, punctuality, and a willingness to work in an industrial outdoor environment. Candidates must be ready to follow all site safety instructions and company procedures throughout the project duration.

Required Skills and Experience

No specialized technical qualifications are required for this role. However, candidates must be physically fit and hold all mandatory documentation as specified by the company. Prior experience working on industrial or construction project sites in Saudi Arabia is an advantage.

All candidates must have a valid Vendor Code, which is a mandatory requirement for mobilization on this project.
