Primary Duties and Responsibilities
A Helper is responsible for assisting skilled workers in various construction activities such as material handling, site cleaning, loading and unloading equipment, and supporting general site operations. The role includes maintaining cleanliness of work areas, transporting materials to required locations, and assisting tradesmen like electricians, carpenters, and masons as needed. Helpers must follow safety instructions strictly and ensure that tools and materials are handled properly to avoid damage or workplace hazards. This position requires discipline, teamwork, and willingness to perform manual labor tasks.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
Applicants should be physically fit and capable of working in outdoor construction environments under supervision. No high-level technical skills are required; however, basic understanding of construction site safety is an advantage. Candidates must have a minimum iqama validity of 3 months along with insurance and Absher compliance. A responsible attitude, punctuality, and ability to follow instructions are essential qualities for this role. Prior experience in construction helper work will be considered an added advantage.
