The available positions include Helper, Scaffolder, Pipe Fitter, Rigger TUV III, Ship Fitter, Finishing Carpenter, Marine Mechanical Technician, and Marine Electrician. These roles are essential for supporting construction, marine, and industrial maintenance activities. The company is seeking candidates who are ready for immediate joining and have valid documentation as per project requirements.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Helpers are responsible for assisting skilled workers in daily site activities such as material handling, cleaning, and general support tasks. Scaffolders assemble and dismantle scaffolding structures safely for construction access. Pipe Fitters install, align, and maintain piping systems according to engineering drawings. Riggers handle lifting operations using TUV-certified techniques to ensure safe material movement. Ship Fitters work on marine structures, including fabrication and repair of ship components. Carpenters perform finishing and structural woodwork tasks. Marine Mechanical and Electrical technicians handle maintenance and repair of marine systems, machinery, and electrical installations. All workers must strictly follow safety procedures and site regulations.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
Applicants should have relevant experience in their respective trades, preferably in industrial or marine projects. Rigger positions require valid TUV certification (Level III). Candidates must be physically fit and capable of working in demanding site conditions. Basic understanding of safety procedures and teamwork is essential for all roles. A valid iqama with a minimum of 3 months validity and Ajeer registration is mandatory. Marine Mechanical and Electrical candidates will be selected after technical testing. Experience in large-scale construction or shipyard projects will be an advantage.
