Skills Association Contracting Est. is urgently seeking an experienced HSE Officer (Non-Aramco) for a long-term project in Jafurah, Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities
The HSE Officer will be responsible for implementing and monitoring health and safety procedures across the project site. Duties include conducting regular site inspections, identifying hazards, and ensuring corrective actions are taken to eliminate risks. The officer will also be responsible for conducting safety training sessions, toolbox talks, and awareness programs for workers. Additional responsibilities include preparing safety reports, ensuring compliance with OSHA and NEBOSH standards, and coordinating with project management to maintain a safe working environment. The candidate must also ensure all workers follow permit-to-work systems and adhere to company and client safety regulations at all times.
Skills and Knowledge
Applicants must possess a Diploma or Graduation qualification along with a minimum of 5 years of original oil and gas industry experience. Mandatory certifications include OSHA, NEBOSH IGC, First Aid, and BLS. Strong knowledge of industrial safety standards, risk assessment procedures, emergency response planning, and incident investigation is required. Candidates must be capable of handling high-pressure site environments and ensuring compliance with strict safety regulations. Good communication skills, leadership abilities, and the capacity to train and guide site workers are essential. Preference will be given to candidates who are immediately available and meet all documentation requirements.
