HSE Officer & Work Permit Receiver

Amplitude Industrial Services is urgently recruiting experienced professionals for long-term industrial projects in the Jafurah region. The available positions include HSE Officers with Aramco Hyundai Jafurah approval and Work Permit Receivers (WPR). These roles are highly critical in oil and gas operations where safety compliance, permit control, and risk management are essential. The HSE Officer ensures strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards, while the WPR manages and controls work permits to authorize safe execution of site activities.

Key Duties and Job Responsibilities

The HSE Officer is responsible for monitoring site safety, conducting inspections, identifying hazards, and ensuring compliance with Aramco-approved safety standards. They also conduct safety training, toolbox talks, and incident investigations to maintain a safe working environment. The Work Permit Receiver is responsible for receiving, verifying, and managing work permits before any job activity begins. This includes coordinating with supervisors, ensuring all safety checks are completed, and maintaining proper documentation of active and closed permits. Both roles require continuous coordination with site teams to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Required Skills and Technical Expertise

Applicants must have strong experience in oil and gas or industrial safety environments. HSE Officers must have Aramco Hyundai Jafurah approval and a minimum of five years’ experience in HSE-related fields. Strong knowledge of risk assessment, emergency response, and safety compliance systems is required. Work Permit Receivers must understand permit-to-work systems, documentation procedures, and site coordination processes. A valid Vendor Code and original passport are mandatory for both positions. Candidates must be physically fit, disciplined, and capable of working in high-risk industrial environments.
