Key Responsibilities
The HSE Officer will be responsible for implementing and monitoring health, safety, and environmental management systems across the project site. Daily responsibilities include conducting safety inspections, identifying workplace hazards, preparing risk assessments, ensuring compliance with Aramco safety standards, organizing toolbox talks, investigating incidents, maintaining safety documentation, and promoting a strong safety culture among all employees. The selected candidate will work closely with project management, supervisors, and field personnel to ensure that all activities are carried out safely and efficiently. The HSE Officer will also monitor compliance with company policies, recommend corrective actions, and contribute to continuous safety improvements throughout the project.
Skills and Professional Knowledge
Applicants must possess a minimum of 8 years of relevant HSE experience in industrial, construction, or oil and gas projects. A valid Aramco Approval is mandatory and is the primary eligibility requirement for this position.
