HSE Officers, Supervisors, QC Inspectors, Document Controllers & More

Specialized Industrial Services Co. is conducting a Local Hiring Campaign for experienced engineering, quality control, and health & safety professionals. Face-to-face walk-in interviews will be held in Al Hasa, Saudi Arabia, on 4 July 2026 (Saturday) from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. The recruitment is open to all nationalities, with priority given to Saudi Nationals and local transfer candidates who are available for immediate joining. These positions offer an excellent opportunity for qualified professionals with extensive Aramco Oil & Gas construction experience to join one of Saudi Arabia’s leading industrial service companies.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Successful candidates will perform responsibilities according to their respective job categories. HSE Officers will develop and implement safety programs, conduct site inspections, perform risk assessments, and ensure compliance with Aramco safety standards. QC Supervisors and QC Inspectors will oversee quality assurance activities, inspect materials and installations, review project documentation, and ensure compliance with engineering specifications. PQCS and QC Document Controllers will manage quality documentation, maintain project records, and coordinate document control processes. All employees are expected to work closely with project teams, maintain high professional standards, and ensure safe and efficient project execution throughout the construction phase.

Required Skills, Experience and Professional Knowledge

Applicants must have a minimum of five years of experience in Aramco Oil & Gas Construction Projects. Candidates must possess Aramco Approval and CBT Passing where applicable. HSE Officer applicants are required to hold OSHA, NEBOSH, and IOSH Certificates and must be registered with the Saudi Council of Engineers. Strong technical knowledge, leadership ability, communication skills, and the capability to interpret engineering standards are essential. Applicants must also present all required interview documents, including educational certificates, training certificates, experience certificates, passport, Iqama, and an updated CV.
