HSE Supervisor

Urgent Project Recruitment – Aramco HSE Division is hiring for an experienced HSE Supervisor for a long-term industrial project in the Eastern Province. This role is part of a high-standard safety management system within Aramco-related operations, where strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations is mandatory. The HSE Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring that all site activities are conducted safely, minimizing risks, and maintaining compliance with international and Aramco safety standards across both office and field environments.

Key Duties and Job Responsibilities

The HSE Supervisor is responsible for monitoring daily site operations to ensure full compliance with safety procedures and regulations. Duties include conducting safety inspections, identifying hazards, implementing corrective actions, and ensuring that all workers follow established safety protocols. The role also involves conducting toolbox talks, emergency drills, and safety training sessions to improve workforce awareness. Additionally, the supervisor must maintain detailed safety reports, investigate incidents, and coordinate with project management teams to ensure a safe working environment at all times. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential for enforcing safety discipline on site.

Required Skills and Technical Expertise

Candidates must hold a valid Aramco-approved HSE certificate, which is mandatory for this position. Applicants should have strong knowledge of occupational health and safety standards, risk assessment procedures, and emergency response planning. The role requires individuals who are physically fit, mentally alert, and capable of working under pressure in both office and field conditions. Applicants must be below 40 years of age and able to meet physical fitness requirements, including 40 push-ups and 20 squats. Prior experience in Aramco or large industrial projects will be highly preferred. Strong reporting, communication, and leadership abilities are essential.
