ESHRAQA (اشراقة) / EYC has announced a manpower requirement for long-term HVAC positions in Maaden, Saudi Arabia. The recruitment is urgent and intended for experienced HVAC professionals capable of working in industrial and large-scale facility environments. The roles include supervisory and technical positions supporting installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems in ongoing projects.
Key Responsibilities
The HVAC Foreman will be responsible for supervising HVAC installation and maintenance teams, coordinating site activities, ensuring work quality, and managing manpower according to project requirements. The HVAC Technician Grade A will handle installation, servicing, and repair of HVAC systems, including ducting, split units, and industrial cooling systems. The HVAC Electro Technician will focus on electrical components of HVAC systems, troubleshooting faults, and ensuring proper integration of electrical controls with mechanical systems. All roles require strict compliance with safety standards and coordination with site engineers and supervisors.
Skills and Experience Required
Applicants must have relevant HVAC experience in industrial or construction projects, preferably in large-scale facilities. Supervisors should have strong leadership skills and the ability to manage site teams efficiently. Technicians must have hands-on experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair, along with knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems. Candidates must possess valid iqama, Muqeem, passport, medical fitness, CR, chamber registration, and Ajeer approval. Strong technical understanding, discipline, and ability to work under pressure are essential.
