A long-term recruitment drive has been announced for the SABIC Project in Jubail. This hiring focuses on skilled and semi-skilled construction professionals required for large-scale industrial and petrochemical development works. The available positions include scaffolders, carpenters, masons, steel fixers, riggers, helpers, flagmen, and vessel fabricators. These roles are essential for supporting ongoing construction, structural assembly, and maintenance activities within a major industrial project.

Key Responsibilities

Scaffolders will be responsible for assembling and dismantling scaffolding structures safely according to project requirements. Carpenters, masons, and steel fixers will perform construction tasks such as formwork, masonry work, and reinforcement installation. Helpers will assist skilled workers in material handling and site preparation. Flagmen will manage site traffic and guide equipment movement to ensure safety. Rigger III (TUV certified) will handle lifting operations using approved rigging techniques. Vessel fabricators will manufacture and assemble industrial vessels and heavy structures based on technical drawings. All roles must follow strict safety regulations and site procedures.

Skills and Knowledge

Candidates must have relevant experience in construction or industrial project environments. Scaffolders and riggers must hold valid TUV certification where required. Fabricators and skilled workers should be able to understand basic technical drawings and follow site instructions. Applicants must have a valid Iqama and original passport. Physical fitness, discipline, and the ability to work in demanding industrial environments are essential. Strong awareness of safety procedures and teamwork skills are required for all positions.
