The company is seeking experienced Instrumentation Supervisors, Mechanical Supervisors, Millwrights, Piping Foremen, and Pipe/Structural Fabricators who possess strong technical expertise and project experience. These positions are vital for maintaining operational efficiency, equipment reliability, fabrication quality, and successful project execution. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Instrumentation Supervisors will oversee instrumentation installation, calibration, maintenance activities, and supervise field teams to ensure compliance with project specifications. Mechanical Supervisors will manage mechanical maintenance, equipment installation, troubleshooting, and workforce coordination. Millwrights will perform equipment alignment, assembly, maintenance, and repair of rotating and stationary machinery. Piping Foremen will supervise piping installation, fabrication, testing, and manpower allocation while ensuring work quality and safety compliance. Pipe/Structural Fabricators will fabricate, assemble, and prepare structural and piping components according to engineering drawings and project requirements. All employees will be expected to follow safety procedures, maintain productivity, and contribute to successful project completion.
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
Applicants should possess relevant industrial, construction, petrochemical, or oil and gas project experience related to their respective positions. Instrumentation Supervisors should have strong knowledge of instrumentation systems, calibration procedures, and supervisory responsibilities. Mechanical Supervisors must understand mechanical systems, maintenance planning, and team management. Millwrights should be experienced in equipment installation, alignment, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Piping Foremen should have expertise in piping systems, fabrication processes, and site supervision. Pipe/Structural Fabricators must be skilled in reading drawings, material preparation, fitting, fabrication, and assembly. Strong communication skills, technical competence, and adherence to safety standards are essential for all positions.
