An urgent recruitment drive has been announced for multiple technical and safety-related positions for a project located in Marjan, Saudi Arabia. The hiring includes Insulators, Insulator Cladding Fitters, Brush Painters, Safety Officers, Painting Foremen, Insulation Foremen, and Rigger-I certified professionals. This opportunity is intended for experienced candidates in industrial and oil & gas environments who are available for immediate interview and mobilization.

The project is focused on skilled manpower deployment where technical expertise, safety compliance, and certification validity are key requirements for selection.

Work Scope and Key Duties

Insulators will be responsible for installing thermal and protective insulation systems on pipelines, vessels, and industrial equipment according to project specifications. Insulator Cladding Fitters will handle installation of metal cladding over insulation systems to ensure durability and environmental protection.

Brush Painters will perform coating and finishing works on industrial surfaces in accordance with Aramco standards. Safety Officers will monitor site safety compliance, conduct inspections, and ensure all work activities follow approved safety procedures.

Painting Foremen and Insulation Foremen will supervise site teams, manage daily operations, ensure quality control, and coordinate with engineering and safety departments to maintain project standards.

Rigger-I personnel will be responsible for lifting operations, rigging activities, and handling heavy loads safely using certified procedures from Bureau Veritas or TUV-approved qualifications.

Skills, Experience, and Requirements

Applicants must have relevant experience in industrial construction, painting, insulation, safety supervision, or rigging operations depending on the role applied for. Aramco-approved certification is required for specific positions such as Brush Painter and Safety Officer.

Rigger-I applicants must hold valid Bureau Veritas or TUV certification along with required documentation including chamber certificate and Muqeem validity of at least 3 months.

Candidates must be available for immediate interview and able to present updated CVs and required documents during the selection process.
