Key Responsibilities
The selected JCB Operator will be responsible for operating JCB heavy equipment according to site requirements and safety procedures. Duties include excavation, material handling, soil leveling, and assisting in construction site preparation tasks. The operator must ensure safe machine handling, conduct basic equipment checks before operation, and report any technical issues promptly. Additional responsibilities include following supervisor instructions, maintaining productivity, and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations at the project site.
Skills and Requirements
Applicants should have prior experience operating JCB or similar heavy construction equipment. A valid heavy equipment driving license is preferred. Candidates must have good knowledge of machine controls, site safety procedures, and basic maintenance awareness. Physical fitness, discipline, and the ability to work in construction environments are essential. Experience in Saudi construction projects will be considered an advantage.
