This is a long-term industrial project role designed for experienced operators who are skilled in handling elevated work platforms used in construction, maintenance, and infrastructure development. Role Responsibilities
The Manlift Operator will be responsible for safely operating 24-meter manlift equipment to support construction and maintenance activities at elevated heights. Duties include performing daily equipment checks before operation, ensuring mechanical safety standards, and following all site-specific safety instructions. The operator will assist workers in reaching elevated work areas and ensure stable positioning of the lift during operations. Strict adherence to safety procedures, hazard awareness, and coordination with site supervisors are essential parts of the role. The operator must also report any equipment faults or safety concerns immediately to prevent operational risks on-site.
Skills and Experience Required
Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years of proven experience operating manlift or similar aerial work platforms. A valid TUV card is mandatory, along with strong knowledge of equipment safety standards and operational procedures. Candidates should be physically fit, alert, and capable of working at heights under industrial site conditions. A valid IQAMA, Muqeem, insurance, and medical fitness certificate are required for eligibility. Experience in construction or industrial projects within the GCC region will be considered a strong advantage.
