Work Responsibilities and Job Duties
Mechanical Supervisors will oversee site mechanical activities, manage workforce allocation, and ensure work execution meets project standards. Fabrication Supervisors will coordinate fabrication operations, monitor progress, and ensure quality compliance.
Mechanical Fitters will perform installation, maintenance, and alignment of mechanical components. Millwrights will handle machinery installation, dismantling, maintenance, and precision alignment of industrial equipment. Pipe Fabricators will cut, shape, and assemble piping systems according to technical drawings and project specifications.
All candidates are expected to follow project safety rules, work under supervision, and complete tasks efficiently within the assigned project duration.
Skills and Professional Requirements
Applicants must have practical experience in industrial mechanical or fabrication work relevant to the position they are applying for. Supervisors should possess strong leadership abilities and previous supervisory experience in industrial projects.
Mechanical Fitters, Millwrights, and Pipe Fabricators should have technical skills in equipment handling, alignment, fabrication, and maintenance procedures. Candidates must be physically fit, safety-conscious, and able to work in industrial environments under project deadlines.
